Melinda is a valued member of the Clark Rideaux Solicitors team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the legal industry and more than 8 years as a practising solicitor. Known for her passion, determination, and personable nature, Melinda is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Her friendly and approachable manner puts clients at ease, while her drive and commitment ensure that every matter is handled with care and attention to detail. Melinda understands the importance of balancing professional dedication with empathy and understanding for her clients’ needs.
Melinda acts for individuals, SMEs, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the ACT and NSW. She is dedicated to delivering timely, commercially sensible solutions and provides strategic advocacy when disputes arise. Melinda’s strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping others have earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. She remains committed to providing clear guidance and support through every stage of the legal process.
Before relocating to Canberra in 2024, Melinda served for over four years as President of the Far South Coast & Monaro Law Society in NSW. In this leadership role, she championed regional legal practice, coordinated continuing professional development for local practitioners, and worked closely with stakeholders to improve access to justice and practice management across the region.
Melinda remains committed to advancing the profession through voluntary service with the ACT Law Society, including prospective committee participation and future candidacy for Council.
